Apple suggests using MagSafe accessories, including their silicone phone cases, to charge phones with MagSafe chargers, but other cases might also be compatible. Compatibility with MagSafe chargers isn’t guaranteed.

Usually, we use an 879 × 1830 px file size for our designs (300 dpi).
Must-follow guidelines
- Submit files in PNG or JPEG format with at least 300 DPI
We recommend using PNG for designs with a transparent background. For other designs, we advise preparing files in JPEG instead.
- Create files in sRGB color profile
To ensure your design looks the same when printed as it does on screen, make sure you create your print file with sRGB color profile.
- Adhere to the safe print area
Keep all important graphics or text within the safe print area to avoid missing design elements on the finished product.
- Remove print file template guidelines
If you use our downloadable templates, delete the guide layers before saving your files. If you don't delete them, they'll show up on the print.
- Mind the camera and logo placement
When designing, be mindful of the case’s camera hole placement. If you’re creating a design with a transparent background, take into account where the phone’s brand logo will appear.
Tips for best results
Avoid combining transparency and opacity
The contrast between transparent and opaque details will appear stark when printed, especially for white and lighter tones. We advise against designing elements that are semi-transparent. To ensure your work is fully opaque, all elements of your design need to have 100% opacity.

Your design covers the back of the phone case and isn’t printed along the sides of the phone case.
