Shipping, Returns & Digital Policy

 

1. Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
No Refunds: Due to the intangible nature of digital content, all sales of Digital Editions (PDF/JPEG) are final. Once the download link has been generated or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Print Quality: Jeekls is responsible for the file integrity (300 DPI). However, the final output quality is determined by your local printer, ink, and paper choice. We are not liable for results obtained on substandard or home equipment.

License: Purchase grants a Personal Use License only. Resale, sharing, or commercial distribution of Jeekls digital files is strictly prohibited.

2. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand via Printify)
All physical posters and frames are custom-printed specifically for you at the time of purchase through our partner, Printify.

Manufacturing & Shipping: While Jeekls provides the artwork, the physical production and delivery are managed by third-party print providers and carriers.

3. Damages & Quality Guarantee
We want you to be thrilled with your archival prints. We offer replacements or refunds only for:

Damaged items: Creased, torn, or damaged during transit.

Manufacturing defects: Misprints, ink spots, or alignment issues.

Wrong items: If you received a different design or size than what you ordered.

Action Required: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. You must include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.

4. Returns & Buyer’s Remorse
Because each item is custom-printed for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse.

We do not offer refunds if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/design by mistake. Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

5. Lost in Transit
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate with Printify to investigate and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement at no cost to you.

6. Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments
Incorrect Address: If a courier deems the address insufficient, the shipment returns to the printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs.

Unclaimed: Unclaimed shipments are returned to the facility and donated to charity after 4 weeks. You will be responsible for reshipping costs within this window.

7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved (due to damage/misprint), the credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Processing Window: It may take up to 14 days for funds to appear in your account/PayPal balance.

8. EU Consumer Rights (Withdrawal)
In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. As our posters are printed on demand, they are exempt from standard withdrawal rights.
